I’ve faced many challenges of adversity where it would of been easy to give up, but I would never be where I am today if I didn’t come out stronger and fight for my goals.

I spent 4 seasons with my Youth National League Football Team without playing a single minute.

The following season I got one chance and then started every game. The following year I was promoted to Premier League football and became the top scorer. The next year I made the Men’s National League Football Team. I continued to represent them for the next 4 years and also switch to Futsal and won a National Championship.

All this happened because I worked hard and didn’t give up.

With personal training I delivery a similar approach. I will believe in you through the tough stages of your journey & I will teach you the determination and consistency that you need to get there!

I also pride myself on my knowledge and my services. I spent 4 years at the University of Otago and developed a passion (and slight obsession) for personal training. I am always learning and developing my expertise so that my clients get the best methods.

All my training methods revolve around function & what you want to achieve. I created a very in depth screening process so that I know exactly what is going on with your body and how it’s moving. I can tell you the exact deficiencies and efficiencies of your body so that I can create the best pathway forward for you.

All my systems are online so there’s no excuse not to get on board!

With my approach, I will deliver you a winning mindset & the training to back it up so that no goals are safe!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University of Otago: Bachelor of Physical Education (4 Years).
  • Cert III in Fitness
  • Cert IV in Fitness.
  • ‘PTDomination’ Online Training Course.
