I have been a Personal Trainer for over 14 years and have since devoted every day of my life to studying everything health and fitness to help people reach their fitness goals and change their bodies as quickly, efficiently, and safely as possible.
I came into the industry initially to improve my own sporting performance, having grown up training in karate, kick boxing and Muay Thai. I competed nationally for over 10 years, picking up a few titles before retiring from an injury. I was brought up to be training the hardest in every room I was in, but constantly training harder isn’t always smart.
I have since studied to become an Accredited Exercise & Sport Scientist. I specialise in Strength & Conditioning Coaching for a variety of sporting and strength athletes and rehabilitation work for anyone managing and recovering from an injury. I have extensive experience working with physiotherapists and allied health professionals in clinics, high-performance coaches & athletes on the field, and all manner of people in the gym looking to improve strength, lose weight or build muscle.
