Came to Australia with my wife in 2012. Worked come years on construction and 6 years in Hospitality, but fitness was still my passion, so I’ve done the courses during this period. Came to Australia with my wife in 2012. Worked come years on construction and 6 years in Hospitality, but fitness was still my passion, so I’ve done the courses during this period. When I moved to Gold Coast, at the end of 2020, one of the reasons was to change career and pursue my dream to become a Personal Trainer, where I can help others to build new habits and change their lives, physically and mentally, bringing health and self esteem and guiding them to achieve their goals. That’s why I joined EMF, because I think here I have all the tools to help others and to become a better professional.

I have had the opportunity to pursue a career that has presented me with enormous opportunities, growth and development within the fitness industry since I began in 1998.
On my own fitness journey I have strived to maintain a high level of ongoing education in order to stay up to date with new and frequently improved fitness innovations. My vast experience has helped me to have skills and knowledge that are now second nature.
I practice what I preach. I strive for my own fitness daily and have challenged myself through being a competitive body builder, professional boxer and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighter. Through these pursuits I have experienced frustrations and failures as well as successes and wins.

I started my journey as a dancer, later becoming a dance studio owner for a decade. Along the way, I explored various sports and discovered a newfound love for the gym. This newfound passion led me to compete as a bikini model and set my course to become a part of the fitness industry as a group fitness trainer and one-on-one coach.

Hi, my name is Greg, I am a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist. I have attained Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training, giving me an in-depth knowledge of how the body works and how individuals can achieve their personal goals, whilst staying injury free. I am also a qualified nutritionist (Advanced Nutrition Level 1 & 2) so am able to give advice on diet and weight loss, as well as on the nutritional value of different food types.

I am an enthusiastic and results orientated coach that will not only push you to your overall maximum limits and challenge you, but also make you feel more confident about yourself along the way. I won’t “JUST” be your Personal Trainer but I will also educate you in all areas regarding health and fitness.

Before I had a goal, I felt lost and unmotivated. I made a decision, committed to that decision and found it was the best thing I could have done. I have yet to reach my potential but now have the drive and determination to see how far I can go. Without a goal you won’t reach your full potential, you could have the best ship in the world but without a destination it will just float around aimlessly at sea.
