I began training almost 9 years ago, beginning as a ‘cardio bunny’, as a lot of people like to call it. I then progressed to strength training for the sole purpose of bettering my mental health at the time. I train for that purpose alone and because I love it.
Two years ago, I competed in first and second bodybuilding show, two days in a row. I placed 1st in 4 of my divisions along with 2 runner up placings, managing to place in every category I entered.
I have also worked as a Clinical Nutritionist for the past two years, since relocating to Brisbane. I have assisted many clients in achieving their own goals associated with eating disorders, body image, body composition, mental health, digestive issues and any conditions they may have present. I find it a very fulfilling career path, as I love helping people to be the best versions of themselves that they can be. All while using education and implementing strategies to help them get to where they want to be.
