My biggest mental and physical achievements were training for the Kokoda Challenge 6 years ago, and also competing in Functional Games CrossFit Competition 2 years ago. Going through both of these helped me become mentally strong, and to understand what it takes to push past the barriers you set for yourself and become limitless in what you can achieve. This has now lead me to continue an active work/lifestyle in personal training.
