My journey has taught me the impact our physiology plays on our psychology and how that affects our everyday lives. I also learnt how daunting this whole process could be, so my emphasis is on empowering people to make sustainable change through our training, ongoing education, accountability, and support.

My training philosophy has evolved during my time as a strength and conditioning coach and through coaching junior basketball. My own mental health struggles helped shape my coaching philosophy and led me to endless hours of study, personal growth, and ongoing mentorships.

Carina is originally from Canada, and moved to Australia nearly 5 years ago to pursue her passion for fitness modelling and competing. She has competed in four WBFF shows, with top 5 placings in 2017 and most recently in 2019.Growing up, Carina didn’t come from a sports background and never even made the sports teams in school! She started weight training at 17 because it was something she could teach herself, and she enjoyed how it made her feel stronger, fitter and more confident. Over the next few years, working on her own health inspired her to teach others how to improve their quality of life, so she got her PT qualifications and hasn’t stopped learning since.

Carina is passionate about helping her clients make health and fitness fun and sustainable for life, moving the industry away from all the fad, yoyo diets and gimmicks that have become so prevalent.

Carina is originally from Canada, and moved to Australia nearly 5 years ago to pursue her passion for fitness modelling and competing. She has competed in four WBFF shows, with top 5 placings in 2017 and most recently in 2019.Growing up, Carina didn’t come from a sports background and never even made the sports teams in school! She started weight training at 17 because it was something she could teach herself, and she enjoyed how it made her feel stronger, fitter and more confident. Over the next few years, working on her own health inspired her to teach others how to improve their quality of life, so she got her PT qualifications and hasn’t stopped learning since.

Carina is passionate about helping her clients make health and fitness fun and sustainable for life, moving the industry away from all the fad, yoyo diets and gimmicks that have become so prevalent.

Carina loves working with male and female business owners to improve their health, energy and productivity in their business, while building strength, muscle definition and curves in all the right places.

She also enjoys working with tradies and labour-intensive workers where she can eliminate the lower back and joint pains that come with the profession, creating strong bodies that can continue to work pain-free for years to come!
