Hi, I’m Veronika!

I am originally from San Francisco, California, and I am honored to hold a 2nd Dan Black Belt in the martial art of Tae Kwon Do. I began training at the age of 10 and was one of a few students to earn my 1st Dan Black Belt in a matter of 2 years, and I subsequently earned my 2nd Dan Black Belt a year later. My late Sensei instilled discipline, perseverance, and an indomitable spirit within me. I competed both in the State of California and nationally, where I hold the title of a 10-time AAU California State Champion and 3-time AAU United States National Champion in both individual and team forms.

I have been in the Fitness Industry for 8 years and have incorporated everything I have learned through Tae Kwon Do to develop my nurturing yet strict coaching style. I hold myself accountable every day and I hope to do the same for you in order to help you reach your fitness goals! I am a firm believer in remaining patient and consistent in order to achieve your targets.

I like to cater to my clients with a more holistic approach and believe in making sure the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual self is healthy. I don’t want personal training to feel like a burden but something you enjoy showing up to! This human body you have is the only one you’re going to get, and it is important to take care of it. I am excited to train with you to help you feel more confident and build healthy habits, all while becoming your best and highest self!

Born and raised in Blacktown Western Sydney I’ve grown up in a working class family who helped me to build good values….. As a Blacktown boy I was always around sport and all forms of physicality…. although
as a ginger headed kid with ADHD I stood out like sore thumb at times so school wasn’t always easy…. it DID however open the door to combat sports/self defense where not only did I learn my own strengths and build my own power…. But I also grew to realize how much I loved coaching as I became a young man, I even managed to coach an entire fleet of little champion fighters and had no idea how much fulfillment it would give me.
Getting into this industry was a decision that took me years to make as I knew how difficult it was to survive let alone thrive in it…. In spite of working various jobs after high school I think I always knew deep down that this career was the ONLY option for me…. The thirst to learn more about evolving the body never died and the itch to coach still never goes away for me… The outcome was always inevitable…..
Now I can honestly say that I’m a Coach… and I love my job.

I have been around and interested in the health and fitness industry for over six years but decided it was going to be my career four years ago. I have experienced firsthand what it’s like to completely change my body and mindset towards training and nutrition, which makes me super excited to come to work every day and teach my clients how to achieve their goals!

My main passion is to help my clients achieve life-changing results through strength training and nourishing their bodies with the right foods. I have found success in Personal Training by providing my clients with a holistic approach to therefore achieve amazing transformations.

At school, I had a love for many sports, with my main sport being rugby union. This led me to study personal training after school. Since then I’ve been a personal trainer for the past 5 years. In 2019 and 2020 I was selected as a finalist for New Zealand personal trainer of the year.

My passion is training and nutrition. I believe in taking a very personalised approach to coaching my clients. Finding what works for you is crucial for long term success.

I have been an active person my whole life, actively competing in recreational and club sports. I am very passionate about a healthy lifestyle and a strong mindset. After a significant life altering motor vehicle accident, I had to literally rebuild myself from scratch. It’s through this process that I was able to learn the skills and develop the discipline required to make big and long lasting changes to both my body and mind.

The impact my own journey and transformation had on me, lead me to becoming a Personal Trainer. Now, I am dedicated to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals no matter what their biggest obstacle may be.

With my knowledge, experience and pride in the fitness industry, I’m able to assist you in teaching you the great training and lifestyle habits that will help change your life now and into the future.

Whether it’s tailoring your training to suit your specific day to day routine, giving examples of wholesome food options to fuel your body, providing feed back according to your weekly food diary or being one message away at all times to help keep you accountable.

I will find balance in your diet and training and over the weeks we will work towards fine tuning it. As much as I’d love to train my clients forever I’d prefer to teach you everything I know.

When our time is up i’ll know that you’re confident to go out and keep on track by yourself, remembering that I’m only one message away for help
