I have been training in the gym for nearly 10 years, & have developed a passion for health & fitness. I have seen first hand the positive effect that exercise can have on the mind & body & want to show you too!

Upon finishing high school, I joined the Navy for 5 years as a Maritime Warfare Officer. During that time I also completed a Bachelor of Business & graduated from the Australian Defence Force Academy. My time in Defence taught me discipline, resilience, camaraderie, & the definition of true hard work. Despite enjoying my time in the Navy, I chose to leave in order to pursue my passion of helping people achieve their health & fitness goals.

I competed in the 2022 WBFF bodybuilding show in the Wellness category, I received first call outs & a top 10 placing.

I strongly believe in using evidence based coaching, & make it a priority to constantly upgrade my knowledge so that I can be the best coach possible to get you amazing results. I pride myself on being approachable, friendly, & helpful & tailor my coaching style to you to ensure you are getting the best service possible.

I served 7 years in the army after high school and during this time i competed and won a National bodybuilding title through the INBA .

I recently coached and prepped myself to compete in the IFBB pro league where i won the Australian and QLD Classic physique Novice classes.

Physical exercise and nutrition has been a part of my life for the last 10 years. As a kid I played football and when it got to a point where that was no longer the avenue for me, I knew I had to find something else to keep me active and moving. That’s where training came in and has been part of my life ever since.

I competed in an INBA Physique show in 2016 where I came second in my division and competed again two years later in 2018 in 3 INBA and ICN shows. That’s where I won three shows overall and got my pro card.

After achieving my goals in 2018, I wanted to turn my attention to some functional movements and incorporate that into my sessions alongside other training methods.

I’ve prepped people for their shows and also train your everyday client who just wants to keep their fitness and nutrition in check.

I pride myself in being an easygoing and relatable coach. I’ll make sure to breakdown movements and exercises for my clients to ensure they have the correct form to minimise the risk of injury. I don’t have a one size fits all outlook on nutrition and exercise, I believe every one of us have a different method that works.

Matt Moore runs One Moore Rep, the largest group of trained Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) athletes in Australia. He is an ultra-endurance athlete himself and has competed Nationally and on the world stage in OCR, personally leaning towards super long-distance events like 12 and 24-hour enduro races

OCR is the fastest growing sport in the world and Matt aims to make the sport as accessible as possible to newcomers and elite competitors alike.



It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner, all that matters to Matt is that you want to improve and you want to create a fitness lifestyle that you love, he will push you to get outside running, hiking, swimming and regularly takes clients trail running on the Nerang MTB trails.

My passion for health & fitness began when I was young, growing up playing sport and it turned into something I wanted to do as a career. I grew up playing AFL and basketball, I played State League basketball for years, heading up team conditioning. I was previously the Australian Champion and record holder for indoor rowing.
In the gym my love was for hypertrophy training which has now changed into functional and performance based, which everyone can improve from!
For several years I ran my own PT business in Sydney, specialising in working with people living with disabilities and special needs.

I’ve faced many challenges of adversity where it would of been easy to give up, but I would never be where I am today if I didn’t come out stronger and fight for my goals.

I spent 4 seasons with my Youth National League Football Team without playing a single minute.

The following season I got one chance and then started every game. The following year I was promoted to Premier League football and became the top scorer. The next year I made the Men’s National League Football Team. I continued to represent them for the next 4 years and also switch to Futsal and won a National Championship.

All this happened because I worked hard and didn’t give up.

With personal training I delivery a similar approach. I will believe in you through the tough stages of your journey & I will teach you the determination and consistency that you need to get there!

I also pride myself on my knowledge and my services. I spent 4 years at the University of Otago and developed a passion (and slight obsession) for personal training. I am always learning and developing my expertise so that my clients get the best methods.

All my training methods revolve around function & what you want to achieve. I created a very in depth screening process so that I know exactly what is going on with your body and how it’s moving. Physical exercise and nutrition has been a part of my life for the last 10 years. As a kid I played football and when it got to a point where that was no longer the avenue for me, I knew I had to find something else to keep me active and moving. That’s where training came in and has been part of my life ever since.

I competed in an INBA Physique show in 2016 where I came second in my division and competed again two years later in 2018 in 3 INBA and ICN shows. That’s where I won three shows overall and got my pro card.

After achieving my goals in 2018, I wanted to turn my attention to some functional movements and incorporate that into my sessions alongside other training methods.

I’ve prepped people for their shows and also train your everyday client who just wants to keep their fitness and nutrition in check.

I pride myself in being an easygoing and relatable coach. I’ll make sure to breakdown movements and exercises for my clients to ensure they have the correct form to minimise the risk of injury. I don’t have a one size fits all outlook on nutrition and exercise, I believe every one of us have a different method that works.

Matt Moore runs One Moore Rep, the largest group of trained Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) athletes in Australia. He is an ultra-endurance athlete himself and has competed Nationally and on the world stage in OCR, personally leaning towards super long-distance events like 12 and 24-hour enduro races

OCR is the fastest growing sport in the world and Matt aims to make the sport as accessible as possible to newcomers and elite competitors alike.

I grew up playing AFL and basketball, I played State League basketball for years, heading up team conditioning. I was previously the Australian Champion and record holder for indoor rowing.

I’ve faced many challenges of adversity where it would of been easy to give up, but I would never be where I am today if I didn’t come out stronger and fight for my goals.

I spent 4 seasons with my Youth National League Football Team without playing a single minute.

The following season I got one chance and then started every game. The following year I was promoted to Premier League football and became the top scorer. The next year I made the Men’s National League Football Team. I continued to represent them for the next 4 years and also switch to Futsal and won a National Championship.

All this happened because I worked hard and didn’t give up.

With personal training I delivery a similar approach. I will believe in you through the tough stages of your journey & I will teach you the determination and consistency that you need to get there!

I also pride myself on my knowledge and my services. I spent 4 years at the University of Otago and developed a passion (and slight obsession) for personal training. I am always learning and developing my expertise so that my clients get the best methods.
