Training gymnastics growing up and then moving into the sport of Powerlifting where he represented Australia and won the GPA World Championships as a junior.
He then went on to coach female athletes in the sport, all of whom managed to achieve national and world records.
He then went to to study the ancient art of Qi Gong and eventually Yoga to develop a balanced mind, body, soul approach to training and lifestyle.
Specialising in Strength and Flexibility, Dan will help you find balance in the extremes.
For fun Dan performs nationally and internationally as a Professional Fire Dancer for weddings, special events and all forms of night-life entertainment.

As a mum of 4, I understand the pressure and obstacles that life can bring but I have found a winning recipe to remain a competitive bodybuilder for over 2 decades and currently defending my NSW Championship title in IFBB Physique Division. I pride myself on being fitter, stronger, and better conditioned than 10 years ago. I have the skill set to assist my clients to identify their fitness goals and to collaboratively tailor training and nutrition plans, whilst setting achievable goals, motivating my clients, having fun and keeping you accountable. My previous clients say that I am reliable, easy to work with and very accessible. The EMF platform gives me the opportunity to tailor holistic solutions that are never one-size-fits-all. I started training at the local gym when I was 14 and become obsessed. I constantly researched new ways to gain muscle whilst simultaneously getting stronger. After finishing the HSC, I completed my Cert 3 + 4 in Fitness to become a personal trainer, and then completed one year of Ex. Sports Science at UOW. I have been a PT since 2018 and competed in two natural bodybuilding competitions, so I have personally been through all stages of fitness.
