Hi I’m Peter,

I have been into health and fitness for over half my life.

I’ve seen the effects of poor health and the long term consequences.

My life mission is to get as many into good health as possible so they can live a long, healthy and happy life.

Body building is my passion. I’ve competed 4 times and looking forward to do more shows in the future.

We all know someone, or have been guilty ourselves, of getting into good shape and then falling of the band wagon to only revert back to poor habits. But why peak once? Let’s push to always be in good shape and continue improving. This is what Forever Peaking is all about.

My road to Personal Training and Nutrition coaching started during my first placement in a hospital setting. Being exposed to the health outcomes that a sedentary lifestyle leads to made me question this approach to healthcare. I found myself wanting to do something more preventative, for me, that was Personal Training/Health Coaching.
My approach to training is centred around the individuality of my clients. My passion lies in helping you to achieve your goals and improve your health by tailoring the PT experience to you. Utilising a multitude of training principles my goal is to help my clients achieve their best physical and mental shape, and empower them to take their fitness into their own hands.
I hope to not only provide the external, physical changes my clients want, but also improve their health and well-being, both physically and mentally.
