Hi I’m Peter,

I have been into health and fitness for over half my life.

I’ve seen the effects of poor health and the long term consequences.

My life mission is to get as many into good health as possible so they can live a long, healthy and happy life.

Body building is my passion. I’ve competed 4 times and looking forward to do more shows in the future.

We all know someone, or have been guilty ourselves, of getting into good shape and then falling of the band wagon to only revert back to poor habits. But why peak once? Let’s push to always be in good shape and continue improving. This is what Forever Peaking is all about.

My road to Personal Training and Nutrition coaching started during my first placement in a hospital setting. Being exposed to the health outcomes that a sedentary lifestyle leads to made me question this approach to healthcare. I found myself wanting to do something more preventative, for me, that was Personal Training/Health Coaching.
My approach to training is centred around the individuality of my clients. My passion lies in helping you to achieve your goals and improve your health by tailoring the PT experience to you. Utilising a multitude of training principles my goal is to help my clients achieve their best physical and mental shape, and empower them to take their fitness into their own hands.
I hope to not only provide the external, physical changes my clients want, but also improve their health and well-being, both physically and mentally.

Rhys has spent over 13 years working as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach, and is passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals, stay pain free and perform at their peak.

Rhys came into the industry initially to improve his own sporting performance, having grown up training in martial arts. He competed nationally in karate, kick boxing and Muay Thai for over 10 years, before being forced to retire due to injury.

Rhys has also completed a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science, and has extensive experience working alongside doctors, physiotherapists, sports teams and high-performance coaches. He has also coached athletes at national and state level in a variety of sports, including powerlifting, Olympic lifting, athletics, basketball, swimming, rugby, netball, tennis and physique competitions.

Rhys is always excited about working alongside all levels of ability and fitness – be it from instructing beginners on how to move and train correctly, to athletes and competitors looking for a continuous improvement edge. Whether you want to enhance your strength or on-field performance, looking to change your physique, are recovering from injury, or trying to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle, Rhys will tailor a personalised training and nutritional strategy to suit your individual goals, so that you can train with intent, move better and live better.

Over the last 6 years I have worked as a Personal Trainer & coach. In this time I have had the pleasure of helping countless people reach their health & fitness goals, but more importantly a healthier & happier life. I strive to create a positive & supportive service for my clients & make sure that the same energy is projected into the gym making every member feel like they are a part of something bigger!

Since I was 6 years old I have been involved in numerous martial arts including Taekwondo, MMA, BJJ & Boxing which I absolutely love working into my sessions & pushing those fundamental of discipline & self reflection/ growth. It is my goal to educate you to become self-efficient & no longer need me. Let me help you elevate your training to new levels & bring you real, maintainable results.
