Physical exercise and nutrition has been a part of my life for the last 10 years. As a kid I played football and when it got to a point where that was no longer the avenue for me, I knew I had to find something else to keep me active and moving. That’s where training came in and has been part of my life ever since.
I competed in an INBA Physique show in 2016 where I came second in my division and competed again two years later in 2018 in 3 INBA and ICN shows. That’s where I won three shows overall and got my pro card.
After achieving my goals in 2018, I wanted to turn my attention to some functional movements and incorporate that into my sessions alongside other training methods.
I’ve prepped people for their shows and also train your everyday client who just wants to keep their fitness and nutrition in check.
I pride myself in being an easygoing and relatable coach. I’ll make sure to breakdown movements and exercises for my clients to ensure they have the correct form to minimise the risk of injury. I don’t have a one size fits all outlook on nutrition and exercise, I believe every one of us have a different method that works.
