Project Description


Josh has been a Qualified Personal Trainer for just over 4 years and has been training himself and others for over 10 years.

Josh has a passion and strength for coaching his clients in nutrition, supporting their phenomenal weight loss, lean muscle building and strength goals.

Josh strives to ensure all his clients are coached to perform to the best of their abilities and gain ample amounts of knowledge to ensure longevity with their weight training.

Josh is confident in supporting strength gains, and building lean muscle mass in his clients. This can be done during a maintenance, deficit or surplus phase. His clients enjoy his style of weight training, focusing strongly on mobility, correct form and execution of lifts.

Josh’s ultimate goal is to be able to utilise his knowledge and experience to help as many people as they can, reach their goals when it comes to living a healthy life through nutrition and movement.
