Project Description


I am a trainer an emphasis on holistic fitness. I have a formal background in education as teacher and apply effective learning strategies with clients. In particular I am passionate about the sport of Powerlifting and hold two National Deadlift records in the Australian Powerlifting League: for the under 67.5kg and under 75kg weight classes.

It is my passion to guide others towards empowering themselves with good habits that lead not only to physical health but feeling good as well. I strongly believe everyone has the ability to work towards being the best version of themselves.
