I’m Anton Maxwell-Jones, a passionate ex-competitive bodybuilder and a self-improvement enthusiast. My mission is to challenge toxic societal norms and inspire a culture where exercise is not a choice, but an obligation. With over a decade of personal training experience and 5 years of professional expertise in the fitness industry, I’ve dedicated myself to transforming bodies and minds. I’ve personally lost 10kg+ in 12 weeks, and guided many clients to do the same in as little as 8 weeks. My approach to Coaching is the art of Re-inventing yourself, Transforming the body, and mastering your mind. It’s all about striking that sweet spot – feeling fit, strong, and healthy without missing out on life’s good stuff. Sure, I’m dedicated to fitness, but I’m no stranger to enjoying a responsible drink now and then. Life’s too short not to enjoy it, right? And that’s the balance I encourage – work hard, stay dedicated, but don’t forget to have a bit of fun along the way.

I have worked with clients in Brisbane CBD for the past 12 years. Having conducted over 15,000 Personal Training sessions, I’m not a modern day TikTok trainer who doesn’t know their arse from their elbow. I love helping my clients establish the most optimal routine and structure in their weekdays so they can enjoy the finer things in life at the weekends.

I believe fitness is for everyone. Having a 6-pack for 365 days of the year is not my definition of fitness. Whatever your goals are, my job is to support you getting there by establishing the best program for you and providing the level of service you deserve.

I won’t bore you with all the ‘features’ you get by choosing me as your Trainer. Don’t hesitate to ask me them in person. But I can assure you that if we do work together, you will get your desired outcome.

Growing up, my fitness journey has been totally different. It hasn’t always been positive but through self-love, evolution of what health and fitness really is to me and feeling the positive impact of a healthy body and mind has on my life is what fuels me to help others experience their own amazing fitness journey!

We move for our mental health and to strengthen our entire being. Fitness and movement energises our body and soul.

I have been a personal trainer for 20 years. I started my career in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer which led into managing a gym, taking my personal training overseas, training sports teams, professional athletes and helping numerous people elevate their lifestyle all over the world.
I have always found passion in helping others achieve their goals and has one goal in mind: to help people become the best version’s of themselves. Being a certified Pt and a certified Massage therapist has taken my goal of helping people to another level. My background in massage and personal training go hand in hand combining the two elements together. I am extremely passionate and goes the extra mile to make sure my clients are happy, receive the best quality experience and achieve their goals. I love seeing clients transform in all aspects of life and it is his close attention to care and support for his clients that has successfully helped so many people gain positive mindset and tools to live a healthy, active and full-filled lifestyle through fitness.

My wife and myself created a natural sports supplements brand “Made it Nutrition” After selling out we made a decision to finish this business as we had moved back to NZ at the time. Our deep interest for natural and nutrient dense supplements still continue and we are stoked that there are so many more natural supplements on the market now with health boosting benefits.

We created Made2Move fitness for kids. We saw an opportunity during Covid lockdowns where families are stuck inside. We began making fitness video’s and online programs with printable workbooks. Our mission is to help children have fun and develop self regulation skills through movement and mind-fullness. Our work progressed into working with other amazing charities and eventually taking Made 2 Move on a Northern New Zealand tour for 2 months helping over 50,000 children with their health, fitness and wellbeing
