EMF Mango Hill Trainers

I’m Scott, Dad to Theo, and a personal trainer from the UK. For more than 10 years I have coached women and men to become stronger, more physically capable, healthier individuals.

From a young age I held a passion for sports, and in 2011 this led me onto sports development studies at Worcester University. From there a love for coaching grew.
Fast forward over decade, I am now an experienced pre- and post-natal coach, with certifications in exercise for the disabled, GP prescribed referral training, and training with adolescents.

I moved to Australia from the UK in 2020, and for the past 3 years I have been overseeing a team training performance centre in Hobart, Tasmania. It was in Hobart, that I saw the real lack of correct physical training being offered to my wife Laura whilst she was pre and post partum.

Then experiencing first-hand, the physical requirements that are essential for parenting an excitable young child – I realised my knowledge could be a game changer for young parents – dads, as well as mums! This has lead to HONE, a training experience built from the ground up for busy parents running out of EMF.

I love helping people, and I want to show as many mums and dads as possible that they can live a balanced family orientated lifestyle that doesn’t disregard their own fitness and life goals.
