As a divemaster and mountain bike enthusiast, my life was all about adventure and overcoming challenges. The toughest? Surviving a motorbike crash, shattering my pelvis and learning to walk again. That journey turned me into a real-life iron woman, both in spirit and the metal that now reinforces me.
As a mother, I’ve faced the hurdles of weight gain and hormonal changes, balancing family and personal health. My pursuit of becoming my strongest self, taught me the importance of weight training, recovery, and proper nutrition in building strength.
