Hey, I’m Connor, your go to health and fitness professional, over my years as a personal trainer I have actively helped my clients achieve their desired fitness goals. Working in the fitness industry now for two years I am still very passionate about helping people live a healthier lifestyle, seeing their lives change for the better is one of my biggest accomplishments yet. Growing up as a kid I have always been active through firstly playing rugby league and swimming for my conditioning. As a young kid this is where I learnt discipline and what it takes to achieve goals. Not only through sport, but also my personal life goals.

Recently training has become my passion over the past 7 years. The gym for me is my escape, where I can tune out for an hour and just focus on lifting the weight. For me the gym hasn’t only developed myself physically, but it has given myself the mental self -discipline. ‘Self-Discipline’, the number one trait that is essential to accomplish goals. My goal is to help you become a better version of yourself by building a stronger foundation physically and mentally. The greatest wealth is health. As Dwayne Johnson said “If something stands between you and your success, move it. Never be denied.” I am here to help you change your lifestyle for the better both physically and mentally.
