With a passion for fitness that’s been burning strong since 2015, I bring a unique blend of experiences to help you achieve your goals.
I started my journey as a dancer, later becoming a dance studio owner for a decade. Along the way, I explored various sports and discovered a newfound love for the gym. This newfound passion led me to compete as a bikini model and set my course to become a part of the fitness industry as a group fitness trainer and one-on-one coach.
My extensive background in dance, sports, and competitive fitness has equipped me with the tools to guide you towards your fitness aspirations. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, shed pounds, or simply boost your confidence, I’m here to help you reach your goals.
I understand that fitness is not just about what happens in the gym but extends into your daily life. That’s why all my clients receive plenty of support, both inside and outside the gym. Through my online app, you’ll have access to personalised training guides and nutrition plans that will keep you on track and motivated.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Fitness for me is a way of life. I strive to be an example (especially to women over 40) of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The gym for me is like my second home. I am very passionate about what I do and love to see clients getting results while training with me. I get so much joy in watching them transform their mind and body and therefore improve their lifestyle through exercise and nutrition. In 2013 at the age of 43 I won my first IFBB Competition in the Bikini Masters Division. I was hooked and so continued to train hard, be consistent with my training and nutrition and compete every year for the last 5 years with great results. I developed love and appreciation for health and fitness and so decided to get my qualifications as a Personal Trainer so I can share my passion with others! To be FIT, STRONG and HEALTHY! I am continually setting myself mini goals so I can stay consistent, focused, and motivated. I believe that if you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life!

I deliver results based training you love and can maintain, a simple yet effective flexible nutrition system, and empowerment to overcome the mental and physical barriers that are holding you back from living your fullest life.
I love and am passionate about seeing others become their most confident and fearless self.

My biggest mental and physical achievements were training for the Kokoda Challenge 6 years ago, and also competing in Functional Games CrossFit Competition 2 years ago. Going through both of these helped me become mentally strong, and to understand what it takes to push past the barriers you set for yourself and become limitless in what you can achieve. This has now lead me to continue an active work/lifestyle in personal training.
