HI I am Christine Personal Trainer & Online coach with over 5 years coaching experience.

I grew up as a dancer and went on to own a dance studio for 10 years as well as playing many sports and later in life finding a passion for the gym leading me to compete as a bikini model and begin the journey to work in the fitness industry as a group fitness trainer and one on one.

Over my career in dancing and the gym I have found a love for helping everyone feel confident and push them to reach their goals.

All of my clients receive continued support in and out of the gym with my online app offering training guides and nutrition plans.

Hi there, my name is Mick and my passion has always been staying fit, strong and having fun. I believe the healthier we are, the greater quality of life we live. Work hard, Play hard. I have always been active playing sport and learning martial arts from a young age. I started lifting weights when I was 15 years old, currently having 36 years of personal lifting experience. I started personal training in 1997 and I have trained in so many gyms, parks, retreats and home gyms throughout that time. During this time I also worked at The Golden Door, a major health retreat for 12 years as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Leader, Lecturer and Wellness Coach. I also worked for the Biggest Loser Retreat for 12 months in 2014, one of my favourite years of training.

What does this mean to you?

I have had the privilege to train and motivate thousands of clients in gyms and health retreats for over 24 years. Over this time I firmly believe fitness is not rocket science. If we tick the boxes, we get the results. I am a no frill, meat and potatoes, results driven trainer. If we tick the boxes, we will get the results and we will have FUN along the way.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Fitmess for me is a way of life. I strive to be an example (especially to women over 40) of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

The gym for me is like my second home. I am very passionate about what I do and love to see clients getting results while training with me. I get so much joy in watching them transform their mind and body and therefore improve their lifestyle through exercise and nutrition.

In 2013 at the age of 43 I won my first IFBB Competition in the Bikini Masters Division. I as hooked and so continued to train hard, be consistent with my training and nutrition and compete every year for the last 5 years with great results.

I developed love and appreciation for health and fitness and so decided to get my qualifications as a Personal Trainer so can share my passion with others!

I believe that if you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life!

I deliver results based training you love and can maintain, a simple yet effective flexible nutrition system, and empowerment to overcome the mental and physical barriers that are holding you back from living your fullest life.
I love and am passionate about seeing others become their most confident and fearless self.

My biggest mental and physical achievements were training for the Kokoda Challenge 6 years ago, and also competing in Functional Games CrossFit Competition 2 years ago. Going through both of these helped me become mentally strong, and to understand what it takes to push past the barriers you set for yourself and become limitless in what you can achieve. This has now lead me to continue an active work/lifestyle in personal training.
