My mission is to empower, help and educate women to feel confident inside & outside the gym.
I always say I want to be the person I needed when I was younger for others.

I started my health and fitness journey about 10 years ago which coincided with my move to Australia from France – where I’m originally from- and an overall self-love, healing and self-discovery journey.
Being so passionate about all things fitness, health and wellness has gotten me to increase my knowledge through online learning, other coaches, as well as my own experience.
I believe it’s all interconnected: fitness, mental health, self-love, confidence and that we need to monitor and work on each aspect daily to create or improve our habits and routines.

Fitness is a lifestyle.
There are no quick fixes or magic supplements.
It has to be a priority or you will make excuses.
Consistency is the key to achieve results.
I do not believe in restricting yourself but finding balance to live your happy and healthiest life.
I want to provide those tools to other women like me so they can thrive in all aspects of life and become their own most confident self.

With a background as a national bodybuilding champion, Marko brings over a decade of experience and expertise to every session.

Specializing in mobility, calisthenics, plyometrics, rehabilitation, and functional fitness, Marko is passionate about optimizing performance and fostering a deep connection with one’s body.

With eight years as a Fitness Director onboard cruise ships, Marko’s dedication to fitness goes beyond profession—it’s his calling.
He believes in empowering others and has trained both beginners and high-level athletes to achieve remarkable international competition results.

As more than just a trainer, Marko takes on the role of a coach, guiding individuals not only physically but also mentally.

I grew up playing a variety of sports and, despite having struggled with asthma management, I pursued my longtime passion involving all sports activity. Following high school, I joined Rhee Tae Kwon Do/martial arts which confirmed my love for helping others achieve their goals. I now continue this martial art as an instructor. I love teaching people how to improve their overall health and fitness through adding a little bit of martial arts to their training. As a PT, I focus on goal setting, improving mobility/flexibility and keeping up motivation with my clients.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at QUT where I am continually developing my craft to become the best trainer I can possibly be.
