Grew up playing a variety of sports and found a love for health and fitness. Discovered a passion for Rugby League and am pursuing a career in that as well as PT. I enjoy the good old sweaty conditioning sessions as well as pushing myself in the weights room and I hope to help others with the same passion for Sport and Fitness achieve their goals.
