Please be aware that any failure to attend a pre-booked class or personal training session will attract a no-show fee.

SAUNA & STEAM ROOMS

From improving circulation to reducing muscle soreness and increasing endorphins each facility has its place in recovery programs. Please make sure you read through our Terms and Conditions for pool, sauna and steam room access before using.

DRY RECOVERY

Recovery should be a huge part of your training schedule, and frankly is an incredible way to carve out some relaxation time for yourself. Our dry recovery facilities are there to help relieve tension and unlock sore muscles so you can train at your best.

ALTITUDE

It’s believed that altitude training increases oxygen flow to muscles, aerobic capacity and lactic acid capacity. For members who would like to use our altitude rooms, please note that rooms are only open during staffed hours and you must complete an altitude induction and waiver before use.

POOLS

Our magnesium plunge pools are a favourite among members and just another one of the facilities ideal for recovery days. make sure you bring a towel and swimmers if you plan to use the pools (magnesium plunges or lap pools). Please familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions before use.

You are responsible for the care of your property and valuables while on Club premises and the Club accepts no liability for any loss or damage incurred whilst at the Club. Property left in lockers for longer than 24 hours will be removed and placed in lost property for claiming. Lost property is disposed of or donated every fortnight.
