I am an accredited exercise physiologist and strength and conditioning coach. The bulk of my clients see me in order to rehabilitate injuries, manage chronic pain or improve athletic performance, whether that be on the sporting field or the gym.
My approach to training is to treat everyone as an elite athlete, focussing on technique mastery leading into appropriate load progression. Activation, mobilisation and recovery strategies play a big role in all of my clients training programs. We need to move well in order to perform well.
I have spent the last 7 years at university equipping myself with the tools necessary to positively influence the lives of as many people as I can. So whether you are an athlete looking to improve your performance or just someone looking to get stronger, move better and live life pain free, I am confident I can get you from where you are now, to where you want to be.
