If my Saturday wasn’t already awesome it is now after an awesome, fun packed pump session with Tracey.. 🏋️‍♀️ followed by Reformer Pliâtes, Relaxing aerial yoga & mat pliâtes.. I can’t fault anything about todays sessions. awesome music, atmosphere, instructor & workouts. The positive energy vibrated throughout the room from start to finish. I love this gym. I'd have to say Harry and Holly would have to be the top 2 employees when it comes to making you feel welcome. Harry has gone out of his way to help me when I had a problem and and solved the problems immediately. Harry is always friendly and helpful. I see him as a real asset to Southport EMF. My only issue is the aircondtioner isn't cold enough. Other than that fantastic gym

Comleted my first ever Pilates class tonight after not training or doing much fitness for a couple of years, it was great. I did need to regress at stages but the trainer was encouraging and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and the staff are lovely, especially Nicole. The team are doing a great job.
